Teacher Student Parent Assistant / Centre Company Payment & privacy

For students

Why do I have to pick my school?

The curriculum differs by school type and governorate, so your school determines which teachers and courses you see.

Does my dashboard change as I get older?

Yes. Primary-school accounts get the ON Kids quest map; preparatory and secondary accounts get the academic dashboard with the AI tutor and daily goals.

Do I pay a subscription?

No. Students buy only the courses they enrol in; the AI tutor and progress tracking come with the account.

For parents

How do I link my child?

Search their student account by username, mobile or email. The child must already be registered on the platform.

What can I see?

Weekly and monthly progress reports, exam grades, live-session attendance, and messages from teachers.

Can two parents follow one child?

Yes, and one parent account can link several children.

For teachers & centres

When do I see pricing?

Registration is free. The M1–M5 packages appear inside your dashboard as soon as your account is created.

How is storage counted?

The size of each uploaded video is deducted from your package automatically, with an alert as you approach the ceiling.

What can an assistant account do?

Record attendance, follow fee payment for field and digital groups, upload score sheets, and coordinate session and exam dates with the teacher — after the teacher approves the link.

For companies

Is this the same catalogue students use?

No. Company accounts get a separate professional catalogue — leadership, communication, Excel, project management, sales, customer service, cyber security — never school curricula or ON Kids material.

How is it priced?

Per course × per employee, with volume discounts and an annual fee still under review.

Can we onboard a whole team at once?

Yes — bulk upload from Excel or CSV, or individual invitations, organised by department and job title.

Payment & privacy

Who can see my child's AI conversations?

The linked parent, according to the account's safety settings. The portal shows the scope of that visibility, and separates "a summary that needs follow-up" from any kind of diagnosis.

Does a centre ever hold my money?

Not by default. Payment goes to the platform by link or QR; cash collection is an exceptional permission with a cap, a settlement window and three-way reconciliation.

Why is a national ID needed?

Only for teacher and institutional verification. It is stored encrypted, never shown in a public interface, and never printed on a dashboard card.
